Why shouldn't you use whey protein shakes every day?
When protein is milk protein and likely to cause food allergy or exacerbate inflammation in the body, especially in people with any autoimmune disease and with aging.
I would recommend to rotate you proteins every 4 days- just like food rotation diet.
Day one-whey, day 2- rice, day 3- pea, day 4- hemp or other. Then repeat the same cycle.
