You can feel a pressure like an elephant sitting on your chest. You can have dyspnea (shortage of breath) when you exert yourself. You could also have left arm pain, jaw pain, back pain, epigastric (abdominal) discomfort, nausea and vomiting.

You can have a myriad of symptoms, but the most common is the pressure-like sensation along with diaphoresis (excessive sweating), shortness of breath, left arm pain. Those are the symptoms of angina. That’s heart disease.
