Dennis Velasco serves on the Advisory Board for ClinicalNotebook.com. Velasco is well known as a Technopreneur & SMB Evangelist. He is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Xtendly, a Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) firm that combines custom web & mobile design, modern marketing and cloud software at an affordable, pay-as-you-go model to help small to medium-sized businesses grow. Previously, he served as the Director of Cornerstone on Demand and Manager of Services Sales at SalesForce. As an Advisory Board Member, Dennis not only guides the ClinicalNotebook marketing strategy but also helps lead the software design and customer experience.
Bill Bergstrom brings over 20 years of campaign management, physician advocacy and health care marketing experience to ClinicalNotebook. He helped the launch of VettedMed - 501c3, the parent company of ClinicalNotebook, because he believed educational messages could change the way physicians/professionals engage their patients and clients if shared through video. With a deep background in managing political campaigns and as a former White House Political Appointee, Bergstrom is adept at handling community affairs and developing relationships with civic/business leaders. He directed the outreach for the education reform initiative that spread budget authority to over 500 school communities in Los Angeles (L.E.A.R.N.) Before creating the ClinicalNotebook Platform, Bergstrom impacted the medical industry for years by developing professional advancement services for newer physicians. He helped start and manage the Young Physicians Organization and during the same time he consulted with the Los Angeles County Medical Association where he produced and managed a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program that improved membership recruitment & retention. Bergstrom's true passion is youth athletics. He is a former NCAA Division 1 Volleyball Athlete at George Mason University where he was named First Team All-Eastern Regional in 1993. He is the Board President of the Lets Give Them A Shot Foundation and former Executive Director of Kids In Sports. He has served on the Board for the Hollywood/Wilshire YMCA, raised monies to build Physical Education programming in local public schools and helped launch the Community Sports Institute in Irvine - a 501.c3 dedicated to helping aspiring student athletes successfully navigate the college admissions process.

She has served as the President of the LA County Medical Association, 2003-04, President of the American Academy of Private Physicians 2009-2011 and a Board Member of the California Medical Association. She continues to serve as a delegate to the American Medical Association and is now on the Board for the American College of Private Physicians. As a former number one ranking medical device sales specialist in the United States and having over 15 years experience in the media and communications industry, Bergstrom brings a unique perspective to the role of video in healthcare. She helped create the ClinicalNotebook Platform with other physician advocates, a Software as a Service (SaaS) and Online Medical Media Company, with the motivation of using personalized video from physicians to help patients better understand their health. This system enables physicians to efficiently and professionally present and promote their video commentaries from a vetted platform and their website simultaneously by utilizing a vetted solution to the Youtube experience.
Dr. Frederick Brown

Dr. Brown achieved board certified in both family practice and sports medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Private Physicians, for which he serves as a delegate for the state of Texas. While sub-specializing in sports medicine, and having a niche in functional/nutritional medicine, Dr. Brown has never considered practicing any in any other sector of medicine than family practice. Dr. Brown has taken care of many local sports teams, including University of Houston, Texas Southern University, Houston Baptist University, The Houston Comets, and numerous area high schools. He also continues to work with dozens of professional ball players as well as olympic athletes.
Dr. Reza Jarrahy

Dr. Jarrahy serves as Assistant Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center and Assistant Director of the Cleft Palate program at UCLA Orthopedic Hospital. He also participates in the care of craniofacial patients at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Shriners Hospital for Children Los Angeles. He sits on the Board of Directors and Medical Board of Facing Forward, a non-profit organization that assists patients with congenital craniofacial disorders obtain medical and surgical care. He is also a member of multiple notable medical and surgical societies.
David H. Vena
David H. Vena, a member of Latham & Watkins since 1964, retired from Partnership on December 31, 2004. Mr. Vena's practice centered around real estate development and urban planning. He has handled the development of both Library Square, a commercial center in downtown Los Angeles, and Playa Vista, a 1,087 acre mixed-use master planned community near Marina del Rey in Los Angeles. He also represented the University of California in new campus planning and campus long range development planning. Mr. Vena belongs to the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Foundation and the Real Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Active in the arts, he has served as president of the Curator's Council of the Museum of Contemporary Art, as a member of the Board of Governors of Otis Art Institute and a member of the Board of Directors of the Friends of Photography. Mr. Vena is also a past-President of the Board of Advisors to the UCLA Medical Center.
